Price is $240/night. Two-night stay minimum.

Maximum two people.

After confirming dates with host by email, a deposit of 25% will secure your reservation. Please send this by e-transfer to capecottageYarmouth@gmail.com.

The remaining balance of your bill will be processed at check-in.

If reservation is cancelled up to one week prior to the arrival date, your deposit will be reimbursed less $25 administration fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, or cash.

Check-in time is 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

VISITORS ARE NOT PERMITTED DUE TO INSURANCE REGULATIONS. Guests who break this house rule will be subject to a fine.

A pet-sitting service is available. Please email for more information.

Two exterior security cameras may be in use: one at front looking East, one on side looking North.

The Cape Cottage is non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to any guest who smokes inside the cottage. Damage, breakages and/or loss of property fixtures, furnishings and effects will be charged to your credit card.

We take no responsibility for guest’s personal property and travel insurance is recommended for this purpose. Departure clean – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. An additional cleaning fee of $125 will be charged if not left clean or excessive cleaning of the cottage is required.
